Danielle Guadeloupe-Rojas is a nationally recognized leader in strategic partnerships, fundraising, and systems-level equity, currently serving as Senior Director of Development & External Affairs at School Board Partners (SBP). Based in Washington, D.C., she leads SBP’s external engagement strategy—overseeing fundraising, corporate and philanthropic partnerships, and high-impact speaking engagements that advance equitable governance and student outcomes nationwide.
With more than 15 years of experience across nonprofit, corporate, and philanthropic sectors, Danielle specializes in building cross-sector partnerships that translate vision into measurable impact. At SBP, she works closely with executive leadership, board members, and national partners to grow sustainable revenue, elevate the organization’s public profile, and expand influence across education, workforce, and civic ecosystems.
Previously, Danielle served as Senior Director of Strategic Corporate Partnerships at Opportunity@Work, where she led philanthropic and corporate engagement efforts to advance skills-based hiring and economic mobility. She cultivated partnerships & relationships with leading employers, including Marriott, Target, Verizon, Capital One, GAP, and Deloitte, while advising executives on equity-centered growth strategies and representing the organization at national convenings such as SHRM National, Workday Rising, and LinkedIn’s Impact Summit.
Her prior leadership roles at Catalyst Inc., Cook Ross, Ascension Worldwide, and other mission-driven organizations shaped her expertise in corporate social responsibility, inclusive leadership, and large-scale partnership development. As a Director, US Corporate Engagement and Vice President of Partnerships & Business Development, Danielle has advised organizations on fundraising strategy, corporate development, and infrastructure design—helping secure more than $20 million in contracts and investments.
A certified sales professional, Danielle is also an experienced facilitator of executive, board, and cross-sector workshops, designing and leading sessions on equity, leadership development, partnership strategy, and organizational growth. She is known for designing innovative revenue and partnership strategies, coaching high-performing teams, and building systems that drive growth and long-term sustainability. A sought-after speaker and thought leader, she has delivered keynotes and facilitated workshops for audiences of hundreds, including a 400+ person session at LinkedIn HQ in New York City. Danielle continues to champion models that strengthen leadership, expand opportunity, and drive systemic change.
