Christina Horner
Christina Horner is an educator, consultant, and school improvement coach who works at the intersection of leadership, governance, and systems change. She partners with education leaders to transform how systems serve students—ensuring access to meaningful, high-quality learning experiences for every child.
A graduate of School Board Partners’ National Policy & Governance Fellowship (Cohort 6) and a member of the inaugural cohort of the Certificate in Empowered School Board Governance (ESBG) in partnership with Colorado State University Global (2025), Christina brings both lived expertise and formal training to her work. She is known for helping leaders move beyond intention to action, shifting mindsets, strengthening governance, and driving meaningful, lasting change.
With a career spanning classroom practice, leadership development, and systems-level transformation, Christina challenges leaders to think differently, lead with clarity, and make decisions that create real impact for students and communities.
